I have this "sliming" tea also, I bought it in an asian food store in Norway (of all places) and noted the incorrect spelling but it wasnt for its grammatical prose that I purchased it. Took it for a while and it was like the 4th July explosions in my stomach. I stopped taking it but have since picked it up again to try again. What I really want to know, like the other guy, is what are the ingredients??? Can anyone find this out? Being an asian brand, I guess they dont have to stick to the same legislation that makes it compulsory to label all the ingredients on the outer packaging. Ug, I feel so ashamed that I can consume something to which I know not what lies within and one that has been mispelled at that! Ug.. The price of vanity!

I can't believe so many people are looking for this tea. A friend recomended it to me, not for "SLIMING" but to use as a laxative tea.....and its fab!
I bought 2 boxes from the middle east and really wish I'd of bought more for myself, friends and family.
From what I've read, the tea can not be bought on the net. How annoying!! However, I am going to the middle east soon and plan on stocking up.

I purchased this tea at a shop here in Benin, West Africa on the 5th July. I was surprised at the free bowels I had my first night using night. I hope it works to bring my rather "unattractive" tummy down.

I live in Floida and have purchased this tea at an Asian store (local). This tea does work as a laxative. It contains the active ingredient of Senna Pods (25%) and Senna Leaves. Directions state that you should
not use boiling hot water. You can place in a cup of cold water and let steep for 30 minutes. To be taken once in the morning and again before bed. Beware the first day or two of use, you WILL be Be cleaned
out. After researching this on the net, all medical sites state that Senna (Herb) can cause severe dehydration and loss of colon function (diapers?) and even could result in death. Use with caution and care.
Your body may become dependent for restroom needs. - signed...still need to lose a few pounds in Fla.

Used this tea for 8 days and made me SICK SICK SICK!!! Ended up in the hospital with 2 IV's one in each arm and am SEVERLY dehydrated! I feel DIZZY all the time and this screwed up my potassium and sodium levels...... The Dr said I was VERY lucky that it did not damage my kidneys! Please do not take this tea it is NOT safe and these Chinese herb things are not regulated all over the world!

This tea certainly works but you do have to be careful because of the laxitive effect. I do use it with boiling water and it is as effective so I'm not sure of the reason why it must be cold water. Maybe someone else can answer that question for me. We can get it easily in NZ. Cheers

i bought this tea ..but the packet is of a lighter green colour and i had a lot of it but it did'nt do anything ..my dad took it too but it did'nt do anything to him either ,although it smells the same and its taste is the same as the original darker green packet,then how come its not working ?

discovered this tea in thailand, It helped me to loose weight but only due to its strong laxative effects, you MUST make sure you up your water intake. I have found it available in the uk in thai supermarkets.And would advise not to use for a long period of time. beware of some Chinese slimming teas these are different from this one, this tea did not make my heart race or anything like that like some chinese teas.

I bought this tea in Bahrain - it costs pennies - very cheap - but be careful - it can severly dehydrate you and has caused death in severe cases. the only way you think you are losing weight is because you are never off the toilet - your body is not taking advantage of the vitamins as they are being flushed straight out!! A quick fix yes - and it keeps you regular - but i would not use it twice a day due to the cramps.

Hi there I'm in wellington, NZ. I've noticed this tea in my local asian supermarket for awhile now but only yesterday decided to give it a go. I was a little worried about taking this mysterious tea but I didn't want to ask the shop girl about it as I was embarrassed to buy something called "sliming tea"!! I drank two cups of it yesterday and am now glad that we recently stocked up on loo paper!! I now believe the name is not mispelt at all as it really does have a "SLIMING" effect!!! I was meant to be going out today but I think I better stay close to the comfort of my own bathroom! My advice it to only have ONE cup in a day.

I bought a box of this tea, and have not touched it. I have been drinking a different one that comes in an orange box. I only use it as a laxative because it hurts so much when I go to the bathroom, and I suspect that this green tea is going to make my belly heurt too. If any one is interested, I can get the "SLIMING HERB (GERMAN HERB (THAI) CO.) tea in the New England area in the USA. There are plenty of these teas. They all come in different color boxes.

A friend of mine gave this tea, I mentioned that I want to loose a few pounds, but after reading all the other comments, I started to wonder if he want to kill me :)
I have not touch the tea, I took something similar few years ago and I got very sick, I was in so much pain and in the bathroom all day all. If you don't have a life and own a good book, -take it! you will be in the toilet for hours. I guess is always to drink lots of water and maybe take a walk to loose a few pounds. Not worth risking your health to loose weight. I guess I rather carry a few pounds extra than running the risk of some if not all of the side effects. Whatever you do, wish you good luck.

I have read those comments and man I laughed to tears for some of them... I am actually taking this tea to lose weight and combining it with water, plenty of it because it really makes you go to the bathroom a lot. every time you eat something it has to come right out... I am taking it every other day and once a day because you never know so I am trying to get smart on it... One of my friend said that it works but once you stopped and don't control your diet , you will gain all the pounds right back like every diet ... so be carefull and good luck...

All your comments are correct: I know some girls who losted several pounds but they said me that they prefere use the hot water (it's more violent); nevertheless, they know to stop using it (and the pounds come back); there is no miracle! It worked for the begining but later you must stop it. You can find it at all Thai markets all over the world. In my opinion it is only a laxative tea... I don't know what the doctors say about it.

This tea is really working. But you have to keep exercising like walking 30 minutes a day, drink enough water and you won't gain weight. It's that simple. Stop stuffing yourself with sugar and fat food.

Went to the website www.slimingherb.com and sent them off an email. They sent me a box of sliming herb tea. It took about three weeks before i got the package. I followed the instructions about simply pour a cup of cold water over the teabag and let steep for about 30 minutes. Then sip the clear tea. Well this product does really run you to the bathroom. But also you do lose weight. I've been drinking it now for almost 2 weeks, twice a day and I've dropped 8 lbs. so far. I dont feels sick or anything but I do need the bathroom all day long. I dont know though if to take it for a long period of time now since I read all of these comments. I bought this tea from London three years ago and I use it to lose weight on and off. I found that when I first bought the tea I would use it as instructed on the box but after a while I foudn going to the toilet every five mintes a pain. So I was still drinking the tea but didn't realise my food intake had gone down at the same time. I had crocnic stomach cramps and came off the tea completely. Since then I've found out that if you continue to drink the tea twice a day for longer than a week, its starts damaging internal organs and can shut the kidneys down completely. Now I just use it every month or so when I feel bloated, once a day for a maximum of 3 days at once. Please be careful with any tea which is a laxative. It can help you lose weight and looking good is what everyone thinks life is about but you have to take care of yourself. Instead of using this tea as an everyday helper to eat the foods you want and lose weight, why not excersize for at least 30 mins a day instead? Change your diet, it doesn't have to be a big change, just minor things like instead of snacking on anything during the day, drink some water. Half the time people think their hungry is because their body is dehydrated. If you are eating because you are bored, go and do some gardening or take up a hobby!

Please just be careful on what you depend on to get you through the day!

Sam, this is not a slimming device! It's a laxative. It means that you cannot use it on a long term basis as your kidneys and liver will become damaged because their job is being taken over by this remedy instead. Please only use this for constipation and not slimming!!!!

I got this tea from a friend just last week and had only taken it once. My experience so far is that it makes me nervours/dizzy. Apart from that , it burns off the fat in my tommy thigh and also, I noticed that all other laxative pills used in the past only moved the belly for a day while this, gets me on for almost a week now i.e. moving belly once in a day. My advice is that it be taken once in 2 weeks. In everything moderation is the key.

Hi all. I'm from Zimbabwe and got this tea when i went to Thailand. My wedding was coming up and was desparate to lose weight so i took it. Yes i was a little skeptic at first because of the spelling errors and lack of ingredients etc etc but hey, i went ahead anyhow. The tea did work for me but like most of you said, i did notice it's side effects. Each time i took it i got a headache and my mouth was always dry. But on the upside, i lost the weight (a lot) or maybe it's because i was also going to the gym. Also it reduced my appetite and whenever i ate more than was necessary it'd come right out. I stopped taking it straight after my wedding and the weight came all back. I can't advise people to use or not to use the tea because we all have different tolence levels, allergies and medical history.

Ive actually bought this herbal tea drink.. What i do is.. place this tea bag into some cold/warm water and let it sit there for 30-45mins. while im watching my program the tea releases the igredients. I then add some orange squash give it a stir and drink it. The next day you do need to run to the toliet quite often but the end result is worth it.

I am currently using the tea. I have been steeping this tea for a week now. Yes you can all imagine, the endless visits to the loo. My experience at the present moment when I take the tea, is that I am always thirsty and dry around the mouth. The tea has also suppress my appetite??? I too am concerned of the amount of Senna that is found in the tea. Natural remedies may not be as it appears, but everything in moderation. Remember people that, every remedy has it consequences and the human body must be able to function using its own internal cleansing system. I am yet to experience the 'results'.
Good luck and remember 'achievement' is experience by ones own effort!!!

for my experience..
most of the slimming teas dont work
if they work then they are laxative.. and that is something that I dont really want.

I have used a slimming pill they sell on this website, so far they have given me some very good advice on what to take.. I dont know how the consultation works on this website, but they have given me some good recommendation.
try it out for yourself.
I am using detox deluxe and have lost 2kg's detoxing, and not going to the toilet (as I mentioned, this is somewhat important for me) I will try SlimSpa professional for some more serious slimming!

i have been taking this tea for about one week now, a friend recommended. besides the endless trip to the toilet!!! when i leave the tea in warm water no wait loss, and if i follow the direction on the box and use cold water, nothing happens at all. As any one ever lost weight with this product, if so how was it used please?

my experience with this tea is that it had suppressed my appetite completely for two day, which i found bizarre.

frankly, i wouldnt recommend it. every weight loss without exercicing and changing of diet is very dangerous.

please change your lifestyle and your eating habits. the only way to loose weight and become HEALTHY is to eat healty.
i dont recommend this tea.
(there are no ingredients listed on the package. and hey, maybe you can look good for a few days or weeks with this tea and regret years or even forever).

just be smart and careful. take care :)!

I know where to get the tea in New Zealand, have been using other asian slimming teas, yes you are on toilet for couple of days and then back to normal, this one is obviously stronger as with this toilet for few days, but it has now gone back to normal and definitely working as well, my friend who is taking it with me and my husband have had none of the constant toilet so it definitely works differently for everyone as we started taking it at the same time. Can help if anyone in new zealand is after it. Because of the toilet stops I have made sure I am drinking constant water and I also excercise daily and eat healthy. Asian slimming teas rock!!

Hi, if you are taking this tea. Be sure to take alot of bananas for their potassium and good effect on the intestines also drink alot of water about 2 litres( 8 glasses) .Do not forget your citrus fruits( Oranges, tangerines, lemon)Also good for weight loss).I would also suggest swimming twice a week.

i have being using this product for about four days now and it does work becoz i lost 3kg in 4 days. i also drank about 2litres of water in a day and don't take heavy meals at supper time but take fruits instead of it and lastly do exercises and don't take alot of fats meal

ive just been given some of this slimming tea but the place where my daughter bouht it doesnt stock it anymore,ive foun already that its laxative effect is really strong,and think ill only take it once a day.Does anyone know where to find the tea in auckland nz???????????????????any help would be great...p.s im also drinking loads of water and making healthy food choices,plus walking 30 mins a day so here hoping for good results...last thing the dry mouth does happen but do feel more energised as well.....

this tea is not dangerous, just don't over drink it lol, 1-2 cups a day and just drink little more water than usual and you're fine. i didn't get any pains for the first few days, only had to go to the toilet a couple extra times :)

The information above is what I found on my box. I work in a hotel and we have a ladys that work in the kitchen is Thai.She gave me a box, im on day 2. I take one every night for the first week. Then One in the morning then one in the evening the second week.Im eating healthly aswell.But its hard when you work lunch times and dont eat lunch until after my shift at 3pm.I work 5 to 6 days a week and catch up with my house work or play with my son on my time off.We try and go for walks when its not raining.I used to be a member of the gym but dont have a lot of time to go.Its so expensive mnthly at £36 or £6.50 a day.I miss going I lost 3 stone in 8mnths.Then I started work full time. Hope this helps supress my appetite.

I bought 5 boxes from their website www.slimingherb.com it was fairly simple and was able to use my paypal account. The shipping was alittle slow. My order arrived in about two weeks. I have been following the instructions. I don't know why they say to use cold water to let the tea sit for awhile in the cold water. I wake up at 6:00 am and have a cup in the morning, a cup at noon and a cup in the evening. I have been drinking lots of water and not eating to heavy. In one month I have lost 8 kilos and I can really say it works.

well, I brought this slimming tea for $8 NZD at a local Asian supermarket. They also had "beauty tea". I had a huge laugh reading the terrible English on the box ;)
I've been using it for 3 days now and I have had a few severe tummy cramps _ , so far I haven't seen any weight loss but it's early days.
After reading the posts above me I'm definately going to increase my water intake.
I must add that the tea tastes disgusting, I hold my nose while drinking it. And the taste is also similar to a Chinese medicine I had to drink when I had skin problems.
Anyway, I'm going to carry on taking the tea..

I purchased this tea in a store in Hamilton. I have been using it as a hot drink once in the morning and again at night. Initially I did have stomach cramps and it certainly cleans you out. I go to the gym 3x a week, cardio every second day and a free day on Sunday. I also eat 6x small meals a day. This tea has flattened my stomach in 7 days not that it was overally fat it just had fat i could not move through excercise.
I drink loads of water a day as well, so have not noticed dryness. Im yet to jump on the scales however I know i have lost some weight my pants are falling down its only my hips keeping them up.
