I really believe you can find a "spirituality" in your work. In fact I think it's essential that there is some sort of "personal higher meaning" or it can become very painful. It's tough for companies to push this though, it has to be an individual thing. I think the reality is there are so many paths to get there. Spirituality might not even be the right word. But certainly judging by the energy audit and the video, the power of human spirit is a key part to reclaiming your energy. If we can't find that in our work, then quite simply we are draining the energy out of ourselves with very little chance for renewal. Turning our work into a spiritual practice creates the opportunity for it to be renewing rather than draining.
I think we've all had those moments when work felt incredibly rewarding in a way that we might describe as mentally stimulating or mentally rewarding. So much so that we felt that we worked with absolute ease. Like riding a bicycle down a hill. That feeling I think is the proof that it exists. The game is extending it.
